This is an iconic 16,500 square foot development in the heart of Drogheda, spread over 5 floors.

Suitable as a coporate headquarters or individual office locations, we made extensive use of in-situ, pre-cast concrete in it's construction.

Due to the proximity of the historic Boyne river, we used concrete pile foundations to a depth of 8 metres!
